REGISTRATION
Any player applying to join the Hunters Football Club must ensure that they leave within our catchment area which is 30 miles from the center point of Highfields. Feel free to register for our sports programmes and training sessions which starts from ( Under 11's age group team to Under 17's age group team ) – and become part of our team. You don't need to bring anything apart from yourself. Sports Developments
We have developmental and competitive matches all put together to encourage affiliated football clubs in teams playing friendly matches and competitive matches with other grassroots teams in our local community. Developmental matches enables the coach to see the improvements of a player and how they assimilate their new learned skills, which the're already been working on during their practise sessions with their coach. Our match fixtures have 13 weeks on developmental matches and cup game competitions in total. Read more. . .
The Benefits of Sport In Children
Active participation in any sport can be beneficial for children's physical and mental wellbeing. Children in active sports have greater opportunity to learn new developing skills and building on positive quality life skills, which might not be possible to acquire in classroom settings. The benefits of playing sport in children's local community and schools can also be managed by creating a positive environment with a friendly atmosphere. We encourage everyone from parents, teachers, local communities and sports clubs to motivate more children in joining any sport of their own choice to enjoy the benefits.
